How To Make Print Darker or Lighter by Changing The Print Intensity On ITK-38

Step-by-step instructions to change the Print Intensity for ITK-38 Printer

  • Click the Esc key
  • Password is dynamo
  • Click Shutdown
  • Click Logout
  • Login to TIPSadmin
  • Password is Adm4!Kiosk (!=Bang)
  • Open Control Panel
  • Click Hardware and Sound
  • Select Devices and Printers
  • Right click the ITK-38 Printer and select Printer Properties
  • Navigate to the Print Energy Tab. Look under Print Energy Table and adjust the parameter. (The lowest lighter print selection is “1” and the highest darker print is “16”)
  • Click Apply and OK
  • Right click ITK-38 Printer
  • Click Printer Properties and select Print Test Page under the General tab
