If the printer is not powered on, it will not print.
Check Printer Power
Ensure the printer is receiving power. A solid green light on the power button indicates that the printer is powered on.
Power On the Printer
If there is no power (no light), press the Power Button to turn the printer on.
Verify Power Connection
Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the printer and the wall outlet.
A paper jam or lack of paper can prevent printing.
Check the Printer's LED Display
Look for any paper jam or paper supply errors indicated on the LED display.
Clear Paper Jams and Load Paper
Open the printer to check for and clear any paper jams. Load paper if needed.
