Resolving Login Issues with BillPay Kiosk Manager

Some users may experience an issue where the BillPay Kiosk Manager does not open as expected. Instead, clicking the BillPay Kiosk icon causes the application to restart. This issue prevents access to administrative functions in the BillPay Kiosk Manager.

BillPay Kiosk relies on system performance data to ensure accurate reporting and functionality. Occasionally, performance data may become corrupted, causing the application to behave unexpectedly.

Resolution Steps:
To resolve this issue, follow these steps to restore system performance settings:

  1. Log in to the system using an administrative account.
  2. Open the Command Prompt with administrative privileges:
    • Right-click on the Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator.
  3. Enter the following command and press Enter:
    lodctr /r
  4. Run the command a second time:
    lodctr /r
  5. Reboot the computer to apply the changes.
  6. Test the BillPay Kiosk Manager to ensure the issue is resolved.
