This article is relevant to all DynaTouch products except BillPay Kiosk.
Follow these steps to restart the kiosk computer:
Access the TIPS Icon
- Using your finger, a mouse, or the rollerball, double-click on the TIPS or your company's logo located in the corner of the screen.
- The icon or logo can be in the top or bottom of the screen and on either the left or right side, depending on the preferences that have been set within TIPS Kiosk Management Software.
Enter the Password
When prompted for a password, type in "action".
Access Kiosk Manager
This will bring you to the Kiosk Manager interface.
Navigate to the System Tab
In the System tab, touch or click on Shut Down.
Select Restart
Touch or click on Restart.
Last Resort
If you encounter problems with these steps, disconnect the kiosk from the wall outlet, wait for 10 seconds, and then reconnect it.
