ITK-38 Printer Jam” Error Solutions
The cause of the “Printer Jam”
error could be caused by a number of things. The following contains
instructions to 1.) Check and clear the jam, 2.) Reset the printer, 3.) Clean
the sensors.
Checking and Clearing a Document Jam:

To remove a jam between the
roller and cutter refer to the illustrations above.

Turn off the power and disconnect the power supply
cable.
2.
Lift Printhead Lever to eliminate pressure against the
Paper Advance Roller.

Loosen the Thumbscrew and compress the shaft to clear
the mounting hole in the side plate and tighten the Thumbscrew to not allow it
to spring back out.
